Scott and Melissa Powell founded New Leaf Custom Homes in 2006 with a mission to build homes that would stand the test of time and trend. Over the years, they have assembled a team of home experts dedicated to the design and building of high-quality custom homes. Their in-house designers grew in both experience and number as they cultivated the signature New Leaf home style. With Melissa at the helm, this team began extending their expertise in architecture and interiors to clients building throughout Dallas and beyond—and The Design Shop was born.

 

The Design Shop team now designs residences, high-end rentals, and vacation homes across the country that balance functionality and contemporary style. Their work is deeply influenced by their extensive construction expertise, resulting in a design experience that is streamlined, intentional, and enjoyable.
